North Hanover Township Committee Annual Reorganization Meeting

January 6, 2026, the North Hanover Township Committee held their annual Reorganization Meeting. They were joined by
distinguished guest Assemblyman Alex Sauickie of the 12th Legislative District who administered oaths of office to
Township Committeemen-elect Ronald DeBaecke, Jr., and Christopher A. Doyle.

Committeeman Ronald DeBaecke, Jr. was additionally sworn in to serve as North Hanover Township’s Mayor for 2026, along
with John Giberson stepping into the role of Deputy Mayor.
The Reorganization meeting also allowed for members of the Jacobstown Volunteer Fire Company to be sworn in to their
roles at the firehouse, along as several members completing special training to receive their certification as Fire Police.
Members present included Darin Shanley Johnson, Ashley Pecoraro, Josh Cassidy, Jessica Kimball and Brad West.
The Township Committee would like to thank everyone who attended the Reorganization meeting, as well as Assemblyman Sauickie
for his time and administering oaths. Township Committee would also like to thank the North Hanover Police Department,
Jacobstown Volunteer Fire Company, North Hanover EMS, Township Staff and Professionals for all of their hard work and dedication
to keeping the town safe and operating well. They wish the residents a happy and healthy new year and are looking forward to the
upcoming 2026 year to continue to serve the people of North Hanover Township.
